• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and user needs.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of competitors, industry trends, and user behavior.
• Create and maintain design artifacts such as W3 Framework, Lean Canvas, Strategy Canvas, User Journey Maps, and Lightning Demos.
• Develop High Fidelity Prototypes, Wireframes, and participate in Google Product Design Sprints.
• Apply the stages of the Design Thinking process to ideate and iterate on design solutions.
• Utilize various design frameworks such as Double Diamond, Triple Diamond, Hooked framework, and Basic UX framework.
• Break down project requirements
• Collaborate with UX and UI teams to ensure a seamless integration of user experience and visual design.
• Conduct website analysis, competitor analysis, and SWOT analysis to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into design processes.

• Experience: You are an Intermediate/Advanced designer, as illustrated in UX Design and indepth knowledge on UX of search.
• Knowledge: You have a theoretical and practical grip on subtle UI principles spanning Information Design, color, spacing, contrast
• Communication: You are an exceptional communicator in text, voice, and visual communication. You listen closely and can easily conduct training, negotiations, and arguments.
• Attitude: You often say ‘I do not know’ when you are in doubt. And you have longed to ‘be sure’.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Figma, Visio, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Focus on Content that goes in Sketches and in Prototypes.
• You should have a flair for writing content for UX.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
